Return & Exchanges

Please take the time to carefully read the following policy to understand the relevant terms and conditions.

I. Return and Exchange General
Applicable Period: You may request a return or exchange within [recommended: 15/30] days of receiving your product.

Product Condition: Products requested for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, washed, ironed, or damaged.

Original product labels (such as size and brand labels) are intact and not detached.

All included accessories (such as belts, spare buttons, etc.) are present.

II. Return Process
Initiating a Return: Please log in to your account, find the order in "Order History," and initiate a return request. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service via email and provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Obtaining Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request within [e.g., 24-48] business hours and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return address. Please note: We are unable to process returns without an RMA number.

Returning Products: Please return the eligible product, along with its original packaging and all accessories, along with a printed copy of the original order information or RMA number, to the address provided by us via tracked mail.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets our requirements, we will process your refund within [e.g., 3-5] business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment account. Please note that processing times by your bank or payment processor may delay the refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

III. Exchange Process

Submitting a Request: The process is the same as requesting a return. Please specify the product name, color, and size you wish to exchange.

Inspecting the Product: We will also need to receive and inspect your returned item to confirm that it meets your requirements.

Shipping a Replacement Item:

Once we confirm that the exchanged item meets your requirements, we will ship the replacement item to you.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you the option of an exchange or a refund.

For the first exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

IV. Quality Issues and Wrong Items
We assume full responsibility for the following situations:

Quality Issues: If the item has workmanship defects (such as unraveling or holes), severe color discrepancies, or the wrong fabric upon receipt. Please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide photo or video evidence.

Wrong Item: If we mistakenly ship an item that does not match your order (such as the wrong style, size, or color).

In the above cases, after verification:

We will cover the return shipping costs (valid shipping receipt is required).

You can choose a full refund (including shipping costs) or a free exchange.

V. Sizing Recommendations and Color Differences
Sizing: Our size charts are based on standard measurements. Because sizing standards vary across brands, we strongly recommend that you refer to the detailed sizing guide on our website before purchasing. Returns or exchanges due to individual body measurements or sizing preferences will be handled according to the standard return and exchange procedures.

Color Difference: We have made every effort to accurately display product colors through professional photography and color calibration. However, due to differences in monitors, lighting, and environmental conditions, the actual product color may vary slightly from the image on this website. Minor color differences do not constitute quality issues.
